Leybold SOGEVAC

SOGEVAC is Leybold's single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump designed for continuous operation. With a flow rate range of 10–750 m³/h, it covers applications from small laboratory and process lines through to large-scale industrial production.

Leybold TRIVAC

TRIVAC is Leybold's two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump, suitable for a wide range of vacuum applications from industrial production to research. It pumps in the rough and medium vacuum range and operates as a backing pump for roots, diffusion, turbomolecular and cryopumps.
